No. For Istanbul new-install, overhaul and maintenance projects, shaft survey, section take-off and the engineering feasibility report are free of charge.
How soon do you arrive after a breakdown call? expand_more
For trapped-passenger emergencies we typically arrive in 30–45 minutes. Contract maintenance clients receive standard breakdown attendance within 2 hours.
What does a maintenance contract cover? expand_more
The contract covers a 42-point EN 13015 safety check, motor-gear brake inspection, guide lubrication, rope tension measurement and 24/7 breakdown attendance at no extra call-out fee.
What happens if our lift has a red label? expand_more
If the municipality or an accredited inspector issues a Red Label (unsafe lift), our crews close the findings, complete the overhaul and secure a Green Label within the 60-day statutory window.
