The contract includes a monthly 42-point safety inspection, lubrication, brake settings, the rescue desk and Type-A accredited inspection escort.
We received a red label — what now? expand_more
Findings must be closed within 60 days by law. AREL crews survey free within 24 hours and complete the overhaul to a green-label commitment before a municipal seal.
How long does installation take? expand_more
After shaft handover, a standard 8-stop residential elevator is ready for green-label testing in 3–4 weeks including manufacture and installation.
